Job description / Role
• Register, prepare agreements and coordinate with customers.
• Gather monthly meter readings or when needed to issue monthly bills to customers.
• Coordinate with finance for customer's statement of account.
• Follow-up with customers on monthly payment
• Provide monthly or when needed, customer's statement of account.
• Update the customer's payment list and status.
• Integrate and cooperate in developing and implementing billing system.
• Coordinate with finance for the summary of total receivables from various customers.
• Maintain a log sheet for all customer's complaints.
• Reconciliation of collections through POS machines.
• Provide copies of signed invoices/agreements to finance as soon as issued to customers.
• Ability to fulfill any job requirement assigned by the line manager
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Minimum five (5) years experience in accountancy and billing in utilities field.
• Good command of English language both oral and written.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Proper maintenance, tracking and filling of documents
