BIM Architect - MME UPDA Grade A

• Implementing and maintaining the BIM strategy and processes for the company.
• Manages the production of BIM models and drawings for major projects
• Responsible for project set-up and job customizations.
• Updating Reference Data Base and extraction of drawings and reports.
• Should ensure that the design team and the BIM staff work in coordination and in compliance with the BIM procedures.
• Supervise a group of BIM teams by directing technical engineering assignments.
• Standardizing the daily activities and ensuring the implementation of Quality Procedures in the BIM team.
• Improvement in the quality of work produced by BIM staff
• Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of the staff
• Capable of handling complex projects.
• Performs interdisciplinary reviews and provides coordination of data to ensure a compatible design.
• Understands and applies commonly used company design standards and methods.
• Collaborates with Engineers and other engineering disciplines to ensure the quality of design.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: BSc in Architecture
• Other certifications obtained: MME UPDA Grade A
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 10 years related experience, 2 of which at least in a design firm in Qatar
• Specialist knowledge: BIM/Revit
• Age Range: 30 to 40
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic is a plus
• Current Location: Qatar
