BIM Coordinator - Structural

Job description / Role

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator – Structural to join our multidisciplinary team and support the delivery of complex design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be managing and delivering large scale projects in the Middle East, during which you will be ensuring the highest quality of all BIM package submissions during all project stages. This role serves as a critical link between design consultants, engineers, contractors, and site teams to facilitate efficient and coordinated project delivery. - Coordinate BIM workflows and multidisciplinary models (structural, architectural, civil, MEP).
- Manage and update 3D models using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related BIM platforms.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews; lead issue resolution processes.
- Extract model-based documentation (drawings, schedules, quantities) as required.
- Implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
- Perform regular model audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
- Support and mentor project team members on BIM best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth data exchange and reporting.
- Prepare coordination reports and visual markups to support design and construction decisions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Software: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.

Experience: Certifications:
- Minimum 8 years of BIM Structural experience, with at least 2 years in coordination role in Reinforced Concrete and Steel Structures.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation and interdisciplinary coordination. Familiarity with international BIM standards.
- Experience in large-scale design and construction projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work across disciplines and manage multiple project timelines.
- Certified in BIM tools.
