Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for the overall implementation and operations of BIM management system
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the BIM environment including processes, technology and people.
• Develop BIM training and development plans for core business units.
• Monitoring and adherence of core business and supply chain to the established BIM standards and processes.
• Coordinate with core business to identify BIM-enabled supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Overall minimum 12 years of BIM experience
• Must-have experience in establishing BIM environment at a corporate level in a large business.
• Candidate must have worked with Asset Owners for sometime in their BIM career.
• In depth knowledge of the BIM Standards and Procedures
• In depth knowledge of BIM concepts, BIM delivery methods and BIM uses.
• Extensive hands-on experience in BIM project environment (Infrastructure, Buildings and Operations & Maintenance)
• Ability to lead BIM teams for new implementations and continuous improvement
• Experience in executing and monitoring corporate-level BIM operations in a client environment
