My client is a leading international project management and engineering consultancy that has been leading the market in Qatar for more than a decade. They are currently seeking a BIM Manager for their portfolio of projects in Qatar.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a University degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction with 10 years professional experience and a specific professional registration. You will have strong BIM specialist expertise with a strong focus on Asset, including condition-based and preventative/predictive maintenance. The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience with the implementation of PAS1192, now superseded by IS019650 and related standards for Asset Management such as IS055000. Ideally you will have experience in Civil 3D, Infraworks, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro, CostX, Solibri, Primavera, ESRI ArcGIS, IBM Maximo, AssetWise, Bentley, 3dsMax, Tableau Power BI etc.
