Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for driving the growth of the brand within an organisation and ensuring all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match. Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages. Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly. Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met. Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• With wide experience in FMCG. Generally responsible for building brand equity of a company's product or line of products with the help of a cross-functional team, which includes other departments such as product development, market research, advertising, public relations and sales.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration – Marketing, Economics, Statistics.
• Bilingual language (Arabic & English)
• Preferably with MBA degree.
