Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded client that operates an array of restaurants across Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Brand Manager to oversee and develop all Indian dining brands in the portfolio. As Brand Manager, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the Operations Business Head.

Your main responsibilities will be to increase the revenue and brand awareness, working closely with the CEO to ensure smooth operations and that all revenue targets are achieved and exceeded. You will also be responsible for maintaining all quality standards across the 18 outlets at all time whilst retaining guest loyalty and team motivation.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have managed multiple outlets in the region, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine or casual dining. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience with food and beverage and possess strong English communication skills. It is vital you have previous experience within the Middle East.
