Your Role and Responsibilities
The security software Sales specialist will be responsible for achieving their sales goals to facilitate our aggressive, but controlled, growth targets. Duties in this position include, but are not limited to:
* Acquire new accounts through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships
* Qualify opportunities to determine scope and develop proposal solutions
* Identify prospect Cybersecurity requirements
* Engage technical resources, as appropriate, to ensure the company overcomes any technical objections in the sales cycle
* Develop trusted relationships at a senior management level in enterprise accounts and develop and maintain their confidence
* Successfully present our strategy and solution offerings
* Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls
* Travel (as needed) to events, prospects and partner sites
* Handling presentations at conferences and proactively communicating with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
* Develop and follow a behavior based sales plan that is reviewed weekly
* Develop and maintain relationships internally and ensure a high level of teamwork and collaboration with support staff and other functions within the company
* Other Duties as assigned


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Experience as Security Software Seller or Business Development Management
* Good knowledge of general security technologies and offerings
* Proven 5+ years track record of selling managed IT and/or security solutions
* Experience designing and presenting solutions to meet customer needs
* Excellent communications skills
* Professional presentation skills
* Self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player
* Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skill
* Clear, logical and persuasive communication skills with an ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels
* Excellent attention to details
