Job description / Role
1.Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and users, to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing systems.
2.Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Document 3.Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
4.Work with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the design and implementation of solutions.
5.Analyze data to support business decisions, identify trends, and create reports or dashboards for stakeholders.
6.Support quality assurance efforts by defining test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
7.Assist with the change management process, including user training and communication of new features or system changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst (2+ years) .
2. Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
3. Experience in creating detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
4.Familiarity with process modeling and diagramming tools .
5.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
6.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Salary:
QAR
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
