Job description / Role
As the Document Controller / Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing the documentation of processes in addition to mapping revised processes, managing the central management systems document portal and working closely with business units whilst playing a key role in maintaining the organisation's overall business process architecture

Description
* Administer central documentation portal whilst ensuring strict quality control over contents of the central portal
* Manage end to end documentation lifecycle from tracking requests, write ups, reviews, approvals to final publication
* Support the process excellence teams in quantifying the impact of new or revised process and change management requirements
* Develop, review and update processes and procedures for all business units and corporate functions by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
* Analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvement as well as impact of improvement on process effectiveness and efficiency
* Identify differences between formal processes and ad hoc activities to determine process strengths and weaknesses
* Develop and maintain documentation project plans and provide timely communications to relevant stakeholders
* Create and maintain templates required to enable processes and procedures
* Peer review other policy and procedures related documents
* Act as a liaison to Internal Audit, Legal Affairs and other Subject Matter Experts to discuss documentation and flow of information, interpretation and application of policies to standard operating procedures

Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in documentation control and project management/change management
* Must have process mapping and business process design experience
* Must be highly proficient with MS Visio
* Knowledge of industry best practices and tools of project management, process mapping and document management
* Preferred experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Airlines or Transportation industries
* Advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills
