Job description / Role
Guildhall is working with a very large and well respected holding company in Qatar who is searching for a Business Analyst for their HQ in Doha.
Duties:
- The will be responsible for effectively performing the business analysis activities, including gap analysis & feasibility studies. This role will also be responsible for analysing the industry developments and trends and their impact on operations.
- Conducts necessary analyses and provides assistance on all matters pertaining to business development
- Assesses and conducts studies, prepares business cases, and gives advice on feasibility, cost effectiveness, and regulatory conformance of the investment plans, proposals, special projects, and on-going programs.
- Communicates with departments to facilitate decision-making by analyzing forecast data in accordance with the department's requirements.
- Analyses the impact on of new developments in the industry (such as market trends, new technologies and activities) and their effects on the support and control departments plans.
- Contributes to the conduct of any necessary planning studies when needed and provides necessary assistance
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, applicants should demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
- Ideally Masters Graduate (not mandatory)
- 2+ years experience as an Analyst
