Your role as a commerce teacher
As part of our secondary faculty, you will:
- Deliver engaging and rigorous lessons in Business Studies, Economics, and/or Accounting
- Inspire students to explore real-world applications of commerce and entrepreneurship
- Plan and assess learning in line with departmental and examination standards
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and teaching resources
- Foster an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
- Participate actively in departmental collaboration, school events, and enrichment activities
What we’re looking for
We welcome applications from teachers who are:
- British-trained and hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)
- Experienced in teaching Business, Economics, or Accounting within the National Curriculum of England (KS4–KS5 preferred)
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting student achievement
- Skilled in creating positive relationships that inspire learners to reach their potential
- Dedicated to professional growth and reflective teaching practice
