Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible to achieve the set sales target and being in contact with the client from start to end of a project to assist them with quality and on time delivery of the project.
• Identifying new client / sales leads and maintaining fruitful relationship with existing clients.
• Researching organizations and individuals through online / through relationship / through current clients to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings & Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Preparing / attending presentations, conferences, trade shows and sales displays.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services
• Developing quotes and proposals (Includes proper maintenance of company profile and other related documents as per requirements of current market condition)
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Coordinating business generation activities
• Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Maintaining database of prospective client information
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Should possess a MBA or Degree In Engineering
• 5-6 Years of experience in construction or MEP sector in the areas of Business Development / Sales.
• Gulf Experience must
• Should be highly flexible & adaptable and able to work effectively with multicultural workforce
• Excellent Communication skills with ability to coordinate & negotiate with different parties
• Good planning & organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously; set priorities; identify & address problems & meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Previous GCC experience is a must
• Qatar Driving license is desirable
• Qatar Experience is a major plus
