Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established, turnkey fit out and furniture business based in Qatar who is looking to hire a Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join their team. Our client predominately focuses on 5 star hospitality, high-end residential and other fine private and public facilities across Doha and is regarded as one of the most trustworthy and successful interior contractors in Qatar.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, specifically focusing on the regional A and D community, contractors and developers. Working with the management team, you will input strategies and objectives to support the overall business goals as well as developing and executing business development plans to ensure these targets are met.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a business development role within the interiors field and have a current network with the regional construction industry as well as contractors, consultants, designers and architects. You will have a track record of winning large scale contracts from anything from 5 million QAR to 100 million QAR and above across Qatar. You should have experience in winning high end projects regionally and be a motivated, established business development professional who is seeking a role where you can make an impact in the growth and development of a business. Only Arabic speaking candidates will be considered for this position.
