Job description / Role
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the school's products/services
• Prepare school contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and parent support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing parents
• Develop positive relationship with the team
Requirements
• Business credentials (B of Comm, Business Admin.)
• Experience managing a school business preferred
• Experience in managing cash flow
• Developing annual budgets
• Organization and delegation skills
• Marketing background
• Lead positively and motivate team
• Team player
• Exceptional communication skills
• Multi lingual (Fluent in English and Arabic)
