Business Development Manager - Technology & Managed Services

Job description / Role

We are a dynamic and innovative tech company providing Managed ICT Services and Cutting Edge Digital Technology. We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with a zeal for technology to expand our client base.

You will be responsible for building upon the companies image and offerings. You will be expected to create and apply an effective an sales strategy. We require roles filed in our offices in Doha, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. So there are 3 vacant positions open to suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients
- Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
- Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
- Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
- Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
- To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client

Requirements

- University degree Fluent in English and basic command of Arabic desirable
- 5 years (or plus) of experience in in the ICT sales/business development
- Proven track record of developing new businesses
- Strong in client connection and client services
- Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
- Experience with tender preparation and bidding processes
