Business/Operations Manager

One of the regions leading Inspection companies is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee operations and help to expand with more advanced range of inspections the company offers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with new and existing clients
- Analyse market conditions, innovations and trends, competitors performance, pricing and sales strategies to maximise competitive stance
- Develop and expand opportunities within industrial markets
- Demonstrate to associate how to fully utilise tools and equipment used in Non-Destructive Testing
- Ensure NDT Technicians execute tests to guarantee product quality or possibly discovering problems

This is an Urgent position and applicants need to be available for November start date.

Requirements

Candidate must have NDT/PWHT background of minimum 15 years with preference given to those with supporting PCN qualifications. Applicants must also be experienced in Business Management and be currently in a management position with a recognised Inspection/NDT company for a minimum 10 years.
