Business Unit Head - Electrical

Job description / Role

Gazzaoui & Partners Qatar is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Unit Head – Electrical to lead our Electrical Division. This is a key leadership role overseeing unit operations, sales performance, team management, and strategic growth initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary sales and technical team
- Develop and implement sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Oversee pricing, margins, offers, and approval processes
- Drive market expansion by identifying projects and building client relationships
- Monitor unit P&L, propose cost-saving measures, and manage budgets
- Collaborate with suppliers for product development and procurement
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for unit staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 Years of relevant experience, preferably in the GCC
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen
- Experience with ERP, AutoCAD, and budgeting tools
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
