Job description / Role

General Job Purpose Brief
Monitor assigned Cabin Cleaners in premium cabin, social area, cabin lounge to achieve highest level of services and quality to the customer airlines, which equally includes monitoring of on time performance and desired service quality.

Work Duties
• Assist the Cabin Appearance Team Lead / Supervisor to ensure availability of material and equipment to cleaning and dressing teams.
• Delegate allocation with supervision of cleaners on board aircraft to be cleaned and dressed.
• Assist the Cabin Appearance Team Lead / Supervisor to ensure availability of material and equipment to cleaning and dressing teams.
• Supervise and support carrying out cleaning and dressing of essential premium and economy class.
• Ensure correct disposable of rubbish and FOD prevention.
• Monitoring and ensure the Safe and on-time performance of aircraft being cleaned and dressed.

Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualifications
• Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with
• Entry level roles - no prior job-related work experience

Required Work Knowledge and Skills
Essential
• Command of English language
• Knowledge of aircraft cleaning and hygiene principles
• Basic supervisory skills

Preferred
• Computer literate
