Cabin Appearance Supervisor

Job description / Role

General Job Purpose Brief:
Supervises and organize Aircraft Appearance Operation for assigned number of aircrafts at Ramp on shift basis to achieve the highest level of services and quality to QR and other customer airlines, as well as monitoring the on time performance of aircraft Appearance operations.

Work Duties:
• Plan and manage all Aircraft appearance team members to perform the Interior and exterior Aircraft cleaning activities.
• Allocate & supervise Cleaning and Dressing teams. This includes planning and preparation with the available staff and resources to cover all the flights within the shift.
• Ensuring adequate work force deployment for all the aircrafts based on the agreed process and time.
• Analyzing the discrepancies, developing alternatives and implementing immediate decisions to achieve safe and on time performance.
• Ensure availability of materials and equipment to cleaning and dressing teams to complete their tasks.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of the team to ensure service standards are achieved, in case of any unacceptable service level observed same to be discussed with the team and recorded before escalating to the officer.
• Manage any service issues from customers raised on the shift and completion of shift report.

Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Essential:
• High school graduation
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
OR
• Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience.

Preferred:
• Preferably with Hotel, Restaurant or Housekeeping Background.

Required Work Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of operational requirement
• Working knowledge of Airport communication system
• Awareness of ground handling and safe aircraft handling procedures
• Command of English language.
