Job description / Role
To effectively respond to the needs of Callers, by delivering exceptional service in collaboration with a team of engaged individuals within our theatre operation.
This opportunity is for NOVO Cinemas. Arabic Speaking is a must for this role.
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Continuously strive to implement Novo Cinemas procedures including but not limited to:
- House Rules and regulations
- Health and Safety
- Grooming, Hygiene
• Responsible for the arrangement of their designated area.
• Perform Ad Hoc duties as required by the operational needs of the Cinema.
Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience
• High School Level
• Commitment to excellence in Guest service with proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication, phone skills, listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
