Job description / Role
Conflict resolution and facility maintenance/ management.
Client Details:
A large facility maintenance and management company based in Qatar, parent company is international.
This role will deal with managing a compound of 4 000 employees for a facility maintenance and management company based in Doha. Duties include facility maintenance and management, discipline and conflict resolution, complying and enforcing company policies and Qatari laws.
Job Offer:
- 20 - 22 000 QAR/month
- Flights (single status)
- Medical (single status)
Requirements
Looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong personality.
Comes from a security background.
Experience with complex conflict resolution and discipline.
Experience managing a large compound/camp i.e. 4 000.
Experience with dealing with stressful/pressured environments.
Must be well spoken in English (preferably mother tongue)
