Job description / Role
- Serving customer at the branch.
- Establish a high rapport with guests & facilitate repeat orders.
- Understand the customer requirement.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationship.
- Handling after sales complaints and providing the best possible solutions.
Requirements
- Must have 1 year experience in Car Rental industry in GCC or Hotel industry.
- Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is advantageous not essential
- Knowledge in Carpro and Cobra will beneficial.
- Basic understanding of vehicle types.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
