Cards Processor

Job description / Role

Job Role:
Process E2E New Card, amendments and merchant account set-up in various systems. The primary responsibility of this job holder is to process day to day cards related activities in timely manner with zero complaint from card business team , branches due to incorrect processing of new cards , reissues, replacements , merchant creations , amendments etc.

Key Accountabilities:
- Process new card, replacement, reissue and merchant creations and amendments as per requests.
- Provide priority to urgent request receiving from Cards business, sales and merchant acquiring team .
- Resolve/ respond to queries or escalations received from branches, Sales, Business, Call Centre in a timely manner.
- Ensure all complaints are highlighted to team leader and resolution is provided.
- Working with ITD for UAT support and implementation of schemes mandates on-time.
- Preparing daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly reports for all the respective activities.
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOP & SLA.
- Handling all activities assigned by the team leader, line manager and department head.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or Banking.

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Card Operations with specialization in Cards & Merchant ID processing.

Knowledge, & Other skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Cards Operational activities.
- MS Office proficient.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
