Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group who are looking to hire a Catering Business Development expert to join their team to oversee the ongoing development of the catering branch of their business.
Your main responsibilities will be to develop the catering business across schools/education, corporate, institutional and contract catering. You will also be responsible for working with the current clients and facilities to maximise all the contracts. You will oversee the full process from introduction to contract negotiation and ongoing account management, making sure to successfully establish strong long lasting client relationships.
Requirements
The successful candidate must currently work in a similar position in catering with an established comprehensive network in school or institutional clients. This role requires a go getter with a proven record in business development. Due to the scope of the role candidates with GCC experience will be considered and you must hold a valid driver’s license. Preference will be given to candidates currently in Qatar.
