Charterhouse is working with a leading hospitality company in Qatar who is expanding their catering operations and is looking to hire a Catering Manager.
As Catering Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the catering unit, develop the business and ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day operations. To be considered for this role you should have experience working in catering management, setting up a catering facility and developing the team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a Catering Manager or similar position within the region. This role requires a candidate with excellent leadership and operational skills to deliver ongoing high quality food along with exceptional communication skills and comprehensive business development and reporting skills. Having both catering operations and sales experience would be an advantage. Due to the location of the role preference will be given to candidates located in Qatar or with Qatar experience.
