Catering Stores Supervisor - Qatar Executive - Doha

In this role you will be responsible for the operation of Qatar Executive Catering store by receiving, storing, issuing, maintaining & controlling the distribution of stores supplies in accordance with the company procedures and standards.
• Co-ordinate with In flight Services on the flight's/guest's catering, dry stores, linen and equipment requirements & make sure all items are available to be loaded.
• Liaise with Qatar Airways Catering Company (QACC) /Bond store for catering, equipment, linen, and dry stores requirements and ensure all items are loaded on board to meet flight operational requirements.
• Work closely with Qatar Airways Catering Company ( QACC )catering representative to ensure proper loading/unloading of catering, dry stores, linen and other equipment for Qatar Executive corporate and private fleet.
• Organise and prepare dry stores, equipment, linen and other items on the aircraft.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for all Qatar Executive equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement department for alternative stock.
• Maintain and update detailed record of all stock with images and weights.
• Responsible to administer periodic inventory check.
• Ensure overall hygiene and safety of Qatar Executive stores.
• Assist with annual audit.
• Assist in-flight entertainment by distributing the movies on board.
• Be available 24/7 for smooth operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification.

You will have a minimum of 4 years of Airline Catering experience working within an operational role.. You should have basic computer knowledge and basic knowledge of Ramp Safety.

You will need to have in-depth knowledge of processes, procedures and business practices of in-flight catering operations and previous work experience in solo flying operations. Moreover, you must be fluent with excellent command in English with excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively across the organisation in a multi-cultural environment.
