CDP Bakery

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate CDP Bakery professional to join our dynamic hospitality team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery production, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to delivering delicious and beautifully crafted baked goods that delight our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new bakery items and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with ordering to ensure availability of supplies.
- Train and mentor junior bakery staff as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

- Proven experience as a CDP in a bakery or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods under time constraints.
- Excellent attention to detail and dedication to food quality and presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in culinary arts or bakery preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards relevant to bakery operations.

Salary:
QAR 3,000 to 3,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
