Job description / Role
The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, and will provide strategic financial input to senior management. Overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the Group.

A leading diversified regional holding group, are looking for an experienced CFO to lead their finance function as part of the executive management for the group
Description
• Reporting directly to the CEO/ Chairman of the Group
• Execute the financial strategy of the company/ Group
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
• Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
• Maintain all banking relationships whilst establishing a sound framework of financing policies and procedures.
• Take over all responsibility for the cash management of the group including working capital facility, cash deposit, and cash collection.
• Ensure sound risk management in order to mitigate key elements of the companies risk profile.
• Monitor and oversee all legal issues for the group whilst ensuring reliable controls are set in place.
• Ensure timely, relevant and accurate financial reporting to the management of the company, board of directors, shareholders and lenders.
• Investment relation, Governance and compliance management.
• Internal Audit and Internal Control management.
• Big 4 background and big family office experience is essential.

Requirements
• Any Arab nationals with duel Passport with regional experience must.
• At least 15-18 year's of experience with 5 years in a CFO/ similar senior finance role.
• Candidates should hold a CPA, CFA, ACCA, CA etc.
• Experience in publicly listed company is preferred.
