Channel Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is one of the largest multinational technology firms and is looking for a Channel Manager in Qatar.

Key accountabilities:
* Be able to develop and maintain channel partners and ensure maximum visibility
* Creating distribution strategies to ensure the availability of products at all times
* Setting and designating targets to channel partners and ensuring they meet or over-achieve the targets
* Establishing strong relationships with key decision makers in target organisations for business development
* Presenting the entire product portfolio to senior managers in order to raise awareness and create higher levels of interest

Requirements

* Degree level education, preferably in Commerce or Economics
* Superior interpersonal skills
* Strong communication skills - Arabic is advantageous
* Have previous experience in developing departmental and organisational strategies in line with overall company objectives
* Understand the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 client base and market segmentation
* Have previous experience in a multicultural and multinational environment
* Express superior knowledge of IT technology particularly in printing and imaging solutions
