Charterhouse is working with a highly reputed company in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer with the ability to manage a detailed and varied remit across all areas of support functions and administration within a growing business entity.

This role will encompass all aspects of operational functions to deliver the required support to management and staff. Your responsibilities will include defining, developing and implementing operational policies, processes and procedures to standardise and develop best practices for the company's operations.

In addition, you will monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and achievements as well as manage and control departmental expenditure within the agreed budgets.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have worked in a similar management role for at least 8 years’. A bachelors Degree in business management or other relevant qualifications is essential for this role. You should also have excellent leadership and people management skills.
