Job description / Role

In this newly created role for our client who is internationally recognised within the professional services sector, the incumbent will report direct to senior management and will oversee the daily operations of the companies central support functions, such as IT, Finance, Office Services and Systems, Internal Risk and HR. Our client is looking to hire a Chief Operations Manager.
Key accountabilities include design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establish policies that promote company culture and vision, oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives of the central support functions. You will lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics and write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance as well as participate in expansion activities and manage key relationships with partners/vendors.
Requirements
This role holds immense responsibility and we are seeking a highly presentable and professional candidate with a minimum of 10 years experience in the same role overseeing all business functions such as IT, Finance, HR. You should have excellent commercial acumen, strong organisational and planning skills and will have solid knowledge in of fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting and operational management. Due to the nature of the role with the candidate liaising with international offices around the world our client is seeking a candidate who is Western educated.
