Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on an exclusive basis with a hospitality group that is looking for a Chief Operations Officer for their restaurants/food & beverage outlets.
This group is one of the leaders in the industry with a wide range of Middle-eastern and oriental restaurants under their management. The group manages over 30 outlets across the region with an excellent reputation for quality, range and locations.
We are looking for someone who has experience as an F&B Director/Operations Manager who has managed multiple outlets simultaneously ideally within middle-eastern cuisine.
Requirements
In order to be considered for an interview, the applicant must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previously an operations manager/food & beverage director
- Managed multiple restaurants
- Experienced in the GCC
- Experienced in middle-eastern or western F&B outlets
