Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on behalf of a distinguished Main Contractor with a successful track of delivering numerous 5-star Hotels, Resorts, Residences, Commercial Developments, Airports and Stadia.
Due to the onset of new projects in Qatar they now have a requirement for a western educated Civil Contracts Manager.
The incumbent in post will be working across a number of projects, so multi-project and/or large scale complexity/value is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Civil Engineering Discipline from a Western Institution
- 15 years Contracts Management experience in the Construction sector
- Preferably possess Qatar Construction experience, if not the wider GCC will be considered
- Large scale and/or multi-project exposure (Buildings, High-Rise, Mixed-Use or Commercial)
