Job description / Role
• Report activity/task progress to superiors
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers and subcontractors
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Ensure proper communication among direct manpower
• Ensure that an activity/task is adequately staffed
• Assign tasks to construction workers
• Ensure that assigned activities/tasks being commenced within budget
• Maintain all safety precautions and quality standards
Requirements
• Diploma in Civil
• Ability to organize a work activity schedule
• Ability to manage communication among labor
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
