Claims Manager - Mega Project in Qatar (Main Contractor)
We are working on some of the largest and most iconic projects across the Middle East region. With such a large number of major projects in one location the requirement for top level staff has never been greater.
Our client is a JV main contractors building one of the largest section of the new Doha metro. This includes extensive building, MEP and related infrastructure.
They are currently at the late stages of design and early stages of construction and it is already clear that the project will have some complex claims required. Due to this my client is looking to bring on board a \"claims manager\".
The claims manager will be reporting directly to the head of contracts administration and be responsible for several claims QS\'s. You will be taking the documentation already available as well as getting information from the engineers on the projects. With this information you will be compiling and writing the claims.
Requirements
* Previous experience working directly for a main contractor or seconded in to a main contractor
* Understanding of large complex civil engineering projects
* Middle East Experience
* Proven track record in writing claims
* Stable CV where you have shown loyalty to a company or projects for a duration of many years
