Job description / Role
• Maintenance and repair of all packaging and machines, including components, assembly, product performance.
• Install and service machines with a focus on timeliness and customer service.
• Assess equipment using established trouble shooting procedures to determine cause and make necessary repair or recommend appropriate corrective action.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication, befitting the company image and customer satisfaction.
• Assist IFG Account Executives in the handling and operation of newly acquired and existing equipment or those that have been upgraded and modified.
• Ensure reconciliation of stocks are accurate and kept up to date.
• Monitor and document equipment utilization and breakdown to provide a detailed database for evaluation and analysis.
• Insure all work is carried out to IFG standards.
• Complete all work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris.
• Work in compliance with LAVAZZA instruction manual and cleaning schedules.
• Perform other duties as may be required.
Requirements
• High School Diploma and / or technical certificate (electrical) from trade school
• 5 years’ Experience and have knowledge about Lavazza, Nouva ,and Simonelli Machines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting the following:
• Manufacture equipment
• Packaging equipment
• Basic electrical
