Commercial Manager (Managing Quantity Surveyor) - Qatar
Leading Project Management Consultantcy who is looking for a Commercial Manager to work on building projects. The Projects are mixed use and the Commercial Manager will run the project commercially from inception through to completion including all infrastructure and buildings. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects (Multi Billion Dollar Projects). Candidates will ideally have extensive FIDIC experience and will have excellent technical knowledge.
Experienced Commercial manager or managing quantity surveyor or cost consultant capable of leading a major project or a large programme of multiple projects and successfully manage a large team to support in the smooth and cost effective delivery of the project. Will have ideally have previously delivered major programmes from inception to completion. Middle East experience preferred but not essential
Requirements
- Experience of major mixed use projects.
- A stable employment history.
- Degree qualified in a RICS accredited quantity surveying degree (or relevant RICS accredited degree) with over 20 years post graduate experience.
- Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
- MRICS Professional Qualification prefered
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
