Job description / Role
• Plan, develop, and supervise all project cost and commercial functions ensuring that all project reporting, cash flow, budgets and forecasts comply with the client requirements.
• Part of the Senior Management Team in the development, implementation and management of controls and commercial procedures.
• Responsible for the procurement and commercial management of all pre and post contract stages of the project which will be awarded to local and international consultants and contractors.
• To lead and motivate a multi-cultural team and ensure all commercial objectives are delivered.
• Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.
Requirements
• High Rise Residential project experience is essential (30-40 storey).
• International project delivery experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required.
• Excellent Leadership qualities are essential.
• Degree Qualifications is essential.
