Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Taking the responsibility of financially managing the projects by Protecting the contractors in relation to its contract with the Client and its Sub-Contractors regarding the contractual and legal well-being and ensure that the risks to the contractor are minimized.

Internal review and negotiation of all sub-contractors against a cooperate company checklist and commercial procedures

Advice to company management on claims and contractual issue including bonds, insurance, indemnities and so on

Negotiations with the Clients consultants and sub-contractors on contract terms and conditions and all project related issues of contractual significance. Ensure the terms of the contract are followed and effect supplement agreements if required.

Requirements

Must hold minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Experience working on projects valued 300 Million / 1 Billion QAR .

10 Years of GCC experience essential with preferably with Major Projects such as Hospitals, Commercial Towers or Stadiums etc.... Ability to Priorities, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Oral Written

Communication Skills in English is a must ( Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage)

MRICS or FRICS is advantageous.
