Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on behalf of the Supervision Consultancy associated with a new Airport Terminal Expansion programme.
The programme will include an additional 12,000 sqm of retail and F&B space, as well as a new 9,000 sqm of world-class passenger lounges. In addition, there will also be a 10,000 sqm indoor tropical garden with an encompassing 268 sqm water feature.
Once complete this will increase capacity to 60 million passengers per year.
Requirements
Requirements for Commercial Manager include:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- 20 years experience
- Must have worked for a Consultancy or PMC in a Supervision capacity
- Must have experience on an International Airport Terminal project preferably in the GCC
