Due to a new project award, Guildhall's Main Contractor client is seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager.
- Working on major building projects from High Rise Towers, Hotels, Residential and large Mixed-Use Developments, our client is looking for someone with a similar project portfolio.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Contracts Management
- Subcontractor Management
- Subcontract Administration
- Variations
- EOT
- Claims
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 15 years experience
- Large scale Buildings projects exposure
- Must be based in Qatar currently
