Job description / Role
Client is urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager/ Deputy Project Director to join their organisation on the Doha Metro project in Qatar. The successful individuals shall be responsible for managing and coordinating the setting up, closing out and subsequent claims of various contracts liaising between the main contractor, sub- contractors and the client of all systems including Civils and systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring the client is protected from claims and their and stakeholder interests are maintained.
Requirements
* Degree qualified
* Good commercial understanding as well as Systems and Structural knowledge
* 10 years of contract experience, ideally within a contractor environment
* Regional experience would be a plus but not essential.
