Commercial Manager - Facilities Management - MRICS

Job description / Role

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pre and post contract activities and FM service providers.

Other responsibilities will include
- Reviewing the procurement process
- Carry out a review of current FM contracts
- Create and manage an approved suppliers list whenever needed
- Develop in conjunction with the team SLA's/KPl's for the service providers.
- Prepare Tender documentation for RFI/RFP

Applicants should meet the following criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering or Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years working experience in commercial contracts
- Will ideally have some experience of working in the Middle East market
- A proven track record of working as a Senior QS/Commercial Manager with the FM or construction sector
- Perfect command of spoken and written English
- RICS, MRICS or equivalent qualified.
