Commercial Manager - MRICS - Qatar
Our client is a well-recognized, market leading Main PMC that has been operating across the GCC for over 20 years.
Having recently been awarded a major Stadium project in Qatar, Doha, they are now recruiting a Commercial Manager, MRICS, to join their team existing, award winning team.
We are together seeking candidates that have a previous track record working on Stadium projects, in both Pre & Post Contract phases. The chosen candidate will also require experience managing a large team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and extensive FIDIC experience.

Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- MRICS OR currently studying for MRICS
- 15 Years + experience
- Previous track record working on a Stadium project
- Management experience
- Currently in the position of Commercial Manager
- Contractor and Consultancy experience is preferred but not limited to
- If candidate are based in Qatar they must have an available NOC
