Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for overseeing the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies.
• Responsible in preparation of sales plans, marketing, profit and loss estimations and budgets, using market demand.
• Important to have expert knowledge of the services the company has to offer and how they are used by clients.
• Develop plans that coincide with business targets, and their main duty is to oversee expenses and revenue to create financial returns and business growth.

Requirements

• University degree in business, marketing.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Facility Management Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer focus with the ability to establish and maintain successful client relations.
• Trustworthy, ambitious and able to work highly independently and in teams.
