Employment: Full Time

Guildhall has an exclusive assignment to assist one of the global contracting and engineering groups in identifying a Computer-Aided Facility Management Specialist on an integrated facilities management project in Doha, Qatar.

This exciting long-term flagship project includes buildings, commercial and residential properties, retail, cultural and entertainment areas which is valued at over 10 Billion QAR.

Requirements

The CAFM Specialist will be engaged to manage the Computer Aided Facilities Management, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and operating manuals.

- 3 years’ experience in data entry and management of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- 3 years of document control experience
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
