Construction Manager - Qatar
Guildhall is assisting a major contracting firm with an enormous portfolio of projects in Doha.
With 16 years’ experience of the Qatari Construction market, Guildhall's client is the desired choice of main contractor for many a major hotel, high rise or mixed use development.
Due for completion in 2019 this project is a notable flagship mixed use development in Doha. Comprising High Rise tower, hotel, retail and office space where there is a variety of complex matters to be spearheading.
This grade “A” contractor is searching for a Construction Manager to assist the Project Manager in smooth delivery of High rise building construction
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years’ experience in construction engineering
- Must have worked as a construction manager
- Must have concrete, Structure, finishing work experience on High-rise Building or Hotel Project
- Must be able to start with a maximum of 30 days’ notice to previous employer
- Contractor background
- Arabic Speaker
Job will be based in Qatar. Opportunity to work in mega projects.
