Job description / Role
Following the award of two new projects our Main Contractor client has a requirement for two Construction Managers.
One project is Hotel, and the other is Residences, both 30+ stories.
Candidates with complex buildings experience preferably hotels, commercial and residential are required.
Salary:
QAR
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years postgraduate experience to be considered
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must come from a Main Contractor background
- Track record of working on complex buildings projects, malls, hotels, high-rise, residential etc
- Experience in Qatar is advantageous but not essential
