Contract Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a large multinational EPC contractor and currently seeking a contracts manager for their business operations in Qatar.

Key role:
* Identify projects and establish contact with the concerned persons for presenting Company's capabilities to acquire potential projects.
* Acquire ITB & pre-qualification requirements for bidding and to pre-qualify Company as per client & project requirement.
* Compile all technical & commercial specification received from concerned persons & authorities so that strategy related to bid submission can be formulated and bid can be submitted timely as per specification.
* Supervise & monitor Marketing Engineers to prepare inquiry synopsis, allocate bid number, and obtain feedback from concerned party to support management in making for decision on bids.

Requirements

* Bachelor's in Engineer (Civil/Mechanical etc)/ MBA Marketing.
* 5 Years Experience mostly in sales & marketing in engineering industry.
* Knowledge of Technical / Commercial aspects of a project and project life cycle
* Understand Know-how of project life cycle
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
